Our Navy Gin is bold yet balanced, full flavoured and complex Gin based on similar botanicals as our Dry Gin with a few little tweaks. This fuller flavour Gin will bring to life any cocktail with its Navy Strength complexity, but can be enjoyed simply over ice as a sipping Gin.

Think tart citrus not sweet, our Citrus Gin has a real citric tang to it. We peel fruit and use the rind of orange, blood lime, and finger lime and then use a combination of fresh lemon and peeled lemon with a little ginger to give this a real zesty finish. Great with tonic or soda.

The wild bush lemons on Lord Howe Island descend from the fruits of the early settlers. They were planted to help sustain them during the long periods between passing ships. They have a unique enveloping aroma, but beware the thorns! In the days of ships and flying boats, a tradition on Lord Howe Island was to throw flower leis into the water from departing launch boats. They inevitably washed ashore to signify their wearers return to the island.

NED is distilled from select Australian grain and matured until it has a boldness and character that befits its name. This limited First Batch is fiercely independent and unlike anything that has come before it.

Our old tom style of gin is single shot distilled by hand using a traditional copper pot still. with a selection of queenslands finest botanicals weve created an old tom gin that marries the spice and earthen notes of juniper with sweetness from frankincence and myrrh, and refreshing hits of citrus from native finger limes.

Hand-crafted using a combination of locally sourced Riverina citrus, and traditional botanicals, our Dry Gin Murrumbidgee is inspired by the Riverina, New South Wales, the food bowl of Australia. This is the first Gin to be released in Griffith, New South Wales it is wonderfully balanced and juniper-forward, with heavy notes of citrus. A slight hint of the dryness to the palate initially, followed by refreshing citrus presence of New South Wales kelp among our list of botanicals.

Some say it evolved from the traditional Tequila Daisy (Margarita is Spanish for Daisy), similar to the Margarita with more focus on lemon and lime, than the balance of orange liquor in the Margarita. Others say it was created in a Tijuana bar for the Ziegfeld dancer Majorie King. Another popular story is that it was created by socialite Margarita Sames for guests at her Acapulco holiday home. Regardless of how it originated, the blend of Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, and lime is one of the most popular cocktails of choice.Serving Suggestions:To serve, line the rim of a tumbler with fresh lime and dip the rim in salt. Fill the glass with ice, then pour Dr Onyx Margarita. Add a squeeze of fresh lime and drop in a lime wedge to complete your south of the border experience.

6x 100ml Bottles.Manhattan:The first skyscrapers began to change the skyline of Manhattan Island in the 1880s, just as NYCs Manhattan Club claims they created the first Manhattan cocktail. And its making just as big an impact 140 or so years later, capturing all the glamour and excitement of New York City in a glass. The Manhattan has stayed true to its origins, mixing American Rye Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, and traditional Angostura Bitters. During Prohibition (19201933) Canadian whisky was primarily used because it was more readily available. Just like its namesake, and the people who call it home, it has survived wars and prohibition, recessions and depressions. Serving Suggestions:To serve, pour Dr Onyx Manhattan into a mixing glass filled with ice, stir well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass or in a short glass over ice. Garnish with a cherry or lemon peel.

Well, we dont know if all three were ever in the same bar at the same time, but we do know they all found fame (and some say notoriety) in 1980s London. There are several claims for the origin of the Espresso Martini. The more common claim was created at Freds Club, a Soho bar in the late 80s by bartender Dick Bradsell, for a young model who wanted something to wake me up and f**k me up. We cant think of a drink that better embodies the spirit of London. With many variations, this perfect recipe combines Grey Goose Vodka, Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liquor, Espresso Coffee Extract, and sugar cane. Its an ideal cocktail for those who need an extra shot of life to make it through the night.Serving Suggestions:To serve, fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pour Dr Onyx Espresso Martini and shake vigorously.
