Distilled by Brogan herself, Everyday Salvation Gin is her Australian twist on the classic dry gin we all know. Packed with botanicals it is juniper forward with the crispness of fresh organic white grapefruit peel balanced against Australian cinnamon myrtle and native pepper berries results in a modern versatile gin great for any occasion. Tasting Note A Juniper forward punchy Australian Dry style gin. The dry citrus hit of coriander seeds is accentuated by organic white grapefruit peel, providing fresh zesty qualities of citrus with subtle hints of bitter lemon. Floral top notes of lavender, rose and orris root, with earthy undertones from angelica root presenting on the nose. The Australian native botanicals of sweet strawberry gum and hot pepper berry linger on the finish which is elongated by the nuttiness of roasted native wattle seed.

Others say it was created in a Tijuana bar for the Ziegfeld dancer Majorie King. Another popular story is that it was created by socialite Margarita Sames for guests at her Acapulco holiday home. Regardless of how it originated, the blend of Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, and lime is one of the most popular cocktails of choice.Serving Suggestions:To serve, line the rim of a tumbler with fresh lime and dip the rim in salt. Fill the glass with ice, then pour Dr Onyx Margarita. Add a squeeze of fresh lime and drop in a lime wedge to complete your south of the border experience.

Well, we dont know if all three were ever in the same bar at the same time, but we do know they all found fame (and some say notoriety) in 1980s London. There are several claims for the origin of the Espresso Martini. The more common claim was created at Freds Club, a Soho bar in the late 80s by bartender Dick Bradsell, for a young model who wanted something to wake me up and f**k me up. We cant think of a drink that better embodies the spirit of London. With many variations, this perfect recipe combines Grey Goose Vodka, Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liquor, Espresso Coffee Extract, and sugar cane. Its an ideal cocktail for those who need an extra shot of life to make it through the night.Serving Suggestions:To serve, fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pour Dr Onyx Espresso Martini and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with fresh coffee beans.

Mystery Gin is a sweet Gin, with blood orange the prominent flavour. The flavour is often compared to orange tic tacs.The beautiful blue colour is derived from the Butterfly Pea flower, which is also a natural PH indicator. Mix the Mystery Gin with tonic water or lemon juice to change the colour from blue to pink.
