Billy Goat's Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.

Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.

Made in small numbered batches from hand selected rums from the South Pacific and spiced in Australia with a unique dry spiced flavour. No sugar added. No artificial flavours. Australian Owned. Cedar Fox's Barrel Aged gin is un-filtered and is matured in whisky barrels for a period of up to four months, imparting wood and subtle whisky notes while still maintaining upfront gin qualities. Our old tom style of gin is single shot distilled by hand using a traditional copper pot still. with a selection of queenslands finest botanicals weve created an old tom gin that marries the spice and earthen notes of juniper with sweetness from frankincence and myrrh, and refreshing hits of citrus from native finger limes.

Platinum Cane Spirit is made from sugar cane syrup and boasts fresh, light hypnotic elements resulting in an sensory tactile experience. For complete clarity the distillate is filtered through Cairns Tablelands volcanic rock.

The original. Our Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in our little German copper still. You'll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile. It is an easy drinking gin - delicate, fresh, and floral. Perfect in a strong G&T, a gin and soda, or a dry martini. For more delicious results, serve with a strawberry.

Our signature gin is craftfully made using 16 different ingredients which combined in our secret balance of flavours produces a delightfully tasting botanical gin. The Botanicals used include; Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Star Anise, Almonds, Cloves, Cardamom, Dill Tips, Ginger, Grains of Paradise, Black Pepper, Orris Root, Cinnamon, Angelica Root, Fresh Lime, Fresh Lemon and Fresh Orange.

A secret recipe of adventurous spice & natural flavours that are expertly blended with fine Caribbean rum then aged in charred white oak barrels to create a taste and colour as rich as a pocketful of gold doubloons. Notes of rich natural vanilla, brown sugar, dried fruit, warming spices with hints of oak, come together to create a perfectly balanced spirit with a smooth finish. Best served in a tankard over ice, with cola and a slice of lime.
