Vittorio Spirits Ou7o -

Pronounced as Uzo or Ou-zo - Made from grapes and 7 herbs and spices. Most prominent flavour is Aniseed and Fennel. Double distilled to bring you purity of a smooth, aromatic and delightful drink. Ink Gin

Ink Gin gets its unique colour from the deep natural infusion of petals from an exotic blue flower. Its even more remarkable, when mixed with tonic and it turns from its lustrous blue to a remarkable blush pink. A premium dry gin made with 13 organic botanicals, including a mix of traditional and Australian natives. Like all true gins, juniper berries are the largest botanical component, however the defining character of Ink Gin comes from the second tier botanicals led by locally grown lemon myrtle leaf, coriander seed, Tasmanian pepper berry and freshly peeled sundried sweet orange peel. These major ingredients give Ink Gin its fresh piney, spicy and citrusy aroma and flavour. The third group of minor botanicals include elderflower, cinnamon, cardamom, angelica root, oris root, licorice root and lemon peel. Like a pinch of salt, these minor ingredients are critical to the end result adding perfume, body and balance.

Wildflower Signature Gin

Distilled in small batches at our Gold Coast distillery, Wildflower Signature Gin is a subtle balance of juniper, lemon myrtle and gentle hints of the distiller's backyard honey.

Billy Goat's Gin Wise Old Goat

Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.

Cedar Fox Oak Gin

Cedar Fox Barrel Aged, un-filtered, Gin, Alc/Vol 45.5%, 700ml, Approximately 25 Standard Drinks. Cedar Fox's Barrel Aged gin is un-filtered and is matured in whisky barrels for a period of up to four months, imparting wood and subtle whisky notes while still maintaining upfront gin qualities. Botanicals: Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Meyer Lemon Peel, Lebanese Cucumber, Sichuan Peppercorn, Rosemary & Lemon Verbena. Awarded highest score at Australian Distilled Spirit Awards 2018.

The choice of botanicals is a starting point for any distiller and its inclusion of fresh strawberries that gives this gin its unique blush pink hue. Featuring complex fruit flavours thanks to the inclusion of fresh strawberries, which are steeped together with an array of other botanicals. Saleyards Distillery Billy Goat's Gin - Old Tom

Our old tom style of gin is single shot distilled by hand using a traditional copper pot still. with a selection of queenslands finest botanicals weve created an old tom gin that marries the spice and earthen notes of juniper with sweetness from frankincence and myrrh, and refreshing hits of citrus from native finger limes.

The flavours in Adelaide Gin are floral in nature, built up using a traditional range of spices including cardamom, juniper, orris, coriander, and nutmeg, as well as the beautiful richness of Kangaroo Island lavender.Adelaide Gin is a sophisticated dry gin, perfect when served neat. Those who prefer to mix their gin should serve it with something that compliments the floral nature, such as a light tonic with a sliver of orange.
