The Cullen Amber Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is the first Amber wine made from Cullen Wines. It is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc coming from our certified Biodynamic vineyards. The idea behind this wine was to make a white wine like a red.

Credaro Kinship Cabernet Sauvignon shows a deep brick red colour accompanied by purple tinges. Pour in glasses and enjoy the elegant bouquet emanating rich aromas of dark berry fruits and bay leaves, with hints of oak. Sip to discover a fine and sophisticated palate of blackcurrant, dark cherry and vanilla flavours. Integrated with ripe tannins, the palate ends in a long finish showing dried herb and floral hints. This red wine has a cellaring potential of 10 to 15 years. Drink it with port wine braised beef short ribs, brisket, or braised red cabbage.

Before fermentation starts the juice is concentrated by removing 15% of the volume. This facilitates a greater intensity of flavour. Heading down boards keep the cap submerged for better skin contact. The fermenters are temperature controlled to provide optimum conditions. Gentle extraction is achieved by the draining of wine from the skins and returning back over. An elegant palate with flavours of dried plum, forest fruits and mocha, with some savoury notes. Tight, fine tannins provide length and structure, to this wine that finishes with dark chocolate notes.
