Château de Bligny Grande Réserve
Château de Bligny is a unique Champagne house in that it is the only house to have the 'Château' appellation attributed to it as a boutique style. Built in the heart of the Côte des Bars by the Marquis de Dampierre,Château de Bligny produces a Grande Réserve here of utmost elegance. A non-vintage Champagne and a 50/50 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend, the Grande Réserve is golden yellow in colour with a mineral bouquet that gives way to a complex rich palate that has extreme length.
Champagne Duperrey Brut Rosé
Champagne Duperrey Brut Rosé, hand-crafted by Christophe Rapeneau from fruit grown around the iconic Champagne town of Reims, is a truly attractive and sensuous sparkling rosé that lends itself to many occasions and food pairings. A wonderful lifted and vibrant strawberry colour in the glass paves the way for the nose which sees aromas of ripe cherry and a hint of apricot. In the mouth, this Champagne comes into its own with a smooth and creamy mousse complimented by a super fine bead. Flavours of raspberry and cherries come to the fore to produce a sparkling wine overflowing with charisma and class.
Champagne Duperrey Premier Cru Brut
Forget those mass produced Champagnes that are sourced from far away vineyards, Champagne Duperrey is sourced from 100% Premier Cru vineyards, whose quality belies its fantastic price! Champagne Duperrey is fresh and full flavoured with a crisp dry finish. It shows fine balance between the elegance of the Chardonnay, and the roundness and fruitiness of the Pinot Noir. The palate lingers, with floral, dried fruit and brioche notes. A complex and persistent Champagne full of charm.
Besserat De Bellefon Champagne Cuvee Bleu Brut
The house of Besserat de Bellefon was founded in 1843 near Ay in Champagne, and is now based in Epernay. The hallmark of the house is the lower than normal pressure that the wine is kept at under cork. This lower than normal pressure does not reduce the effervescence, but softens it, allowing the wine to partner better with food. Aspect: Coppery and bright, nuances of yellow straw Bouquet: Open and indulgent, wisps of linden blossom, honeysuckle, hazelnuts, mirabelle plum Palate: Harmonious, balanced, vinous Assemblage : Chardonnay I Pinot Noir I Pinot Meunier
AR Lenoble Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Vintage
AR Lenoble Champagne AR Lenoble is one of the rare producers in Champagne that has been consistently family-owned and entirely independent since the very beginning. In just over twenty years, the sister and brother owners have quietly yet confidently transformed AR Lenoble into one of the jewels of the Champagne region. The wine is of course made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the grand cru village of Chouilly and originating from one exceptional vintage. 25% of the blend is vinified in oak while the ageing takes place in magnums and the final wine receives a minimal dosage only (2g/l). The resulting wine is dry, exceptionally balanced and complex with great intensity and persistence. A phenomenally fresh palate despite its vintage.
Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut Non-Vintage

Piper Heidsieck Rose Sauvage Non-Vintage
The deep, blushed rouge of this firm, well-structured, mouth-filling vinous Rose is underpinned by a powerful bouquet of plums and blackberries, and the rich flavours of forest fruits, pomegranate and raspberries. Mumm 4 ans Champagne
Mumm 4 is a striking, modern reinterpretation of the champagne maturation process breaking all the traditional codes associated with champagne. This mature wine is clearly labelled to show the number of years spent on the lees rather than any specific vintage year. The look: Exuberant bubbles with reflections of gold, showing discrete maturity. The aromas: Complex ripe aromas of yellow and white fruit, peach marmalade and buttercream alight entice. The taste: Fresh, lively and rounded, yet with a tension that plays right through to the finish. Mumm 4 can be savoured slowly to enjoy the deep complexity or enjoyed matched with poultry with chanterelles and apricot compote, or truffled Brie.
