Premier Champagne house, Perrier-Jouët have released a limited-edition bottle designed by internationally acclaimed Brazilian artist Vik Muniz. Inspired by the love of nature and enchantment, the bottle design features a golden hummingbird amongst Perrier-Jouets classic anemone motif. Aesthetics aside, the wine itself is a thing of beauty - rich, pure and finely chiselled, striking a perfect balance between the year's character and Perrier-Jouëts floral, elegant house style. It's these characteristics that prompted Cellar Master Hervé Deschamps to choose the 2005 vintage to represent this exclusive edition. 1995 was a challenging year in the Champagne region, therefore this Grand Cru Jeroboam is a rare vintage produced with scrupulous care and showing great subtlety.It's a wine for special occasions, ideal with a meal. Brisk and fresh at first leading to a sense of great subtlety and body and culminating in a creamy, fleshy texture.

Bin 707 is a Cabernet Sauvignon reflection of Grange, intensely-flavoured fruit, completion of fermentation and maturation in new oak, expressing a Penfolds understanding of multi-vineyard, multi-region fruit sourcing. Bin 707 was first vintaged in 1964. The wine was not made from 1970 to 1975 when fruit was directed to other wines, nor in 1981, 1995, 2000, 2003 or 2011 (when fruit of the required style and quality was not available). Full bodied and with proven cellaring potential, Bin 707 retains a secure place among the ranks of Australias finest Cabernets.
