Pneumatic pressing, then systematic malolactic fermentation. A classic red Châteauneuf-du-Pape by Domaine du Vieux Telegraphe, very fine and elegant. Daniel Gómez Jiménez-Landi Cantos del Diablo Garnacha Cantos del Diablo (meaning, Songs of the Devil) is Dani Landis 1er cru single-vineyard, or vino de parcela Garnacha that from vines that sit 850 metres above sea level near the village of El Real de San Vicente. This is one of the Like all of Dani Landis wines, the fruit comes from biodynamically grown, hand-tended old vines. These 60-years-old vines are sparsely planted and quite exposed. In this cool, late ripening area the yields are low producing the signature twin Gredos characteristics of finesse and punchy fruit. The wine is made with the same care as all of Landi's wines, both the 1er crus and the village style.
