Sourced from selected vineyard sites across Tasmania, this Jansz Tasmania Special Release Rosé 2016 is crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This Rosé is crafted from hand-picked grapes that are gently whole bunch pressed before cool fermentation.This pretty pink wine showcases the fresh house style of Jansz Tasmania, whilst showcasing the beguiling aromatics inherent to Tasmanian sparkling Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir is the hero variety with delicious flavours of strawberries and cream, rose petals and musk being predominant. The palate is creamy and textured, whilst retaining an elegant vibrancy and freshness.

Deep dark purple. Intense aromas of fresh black and red berries with delicate touches of cinnamon and nutmeg spice. Mesa Shiraz is an elegant yet rewarding cool-climate wine. It exhibits a beautifully ripe core of dark fruits, lifted by complex notes of cinnamon and star anise. Powder fine tannins and subtle French oak complete this regional classic.

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of nectarine and pear are intermeshed with hints of lime, green apple and subtle biscuity oak. Rich fleshy peach, ripe nectarine and subtle dried honey flavours are delivered with good intensity over a back drop of cashew and light spicy nougat elements. Balfour Winery is based on the Hush Heath Estate in Kent, the warmest and driest country in England. The estate comprises 400 acres of vineyards, orchards, and woodlands. The vineyards were first planted in 2002 and by 2007, their first wine - the 2004 Balfour Brut Rose - had won a gold medal at the Wine Challenge. The 1503 Classic Cuvee is named after the year Hush Heath Manor was built. It is a blend of 55% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Noir, and 11% Pinot Meunier. Pale gold in appearance, with aromas of fresh citrus, red apples, and subtle toasted brioche characters. Beautifully balanced on the palate with lemony acidity, crisp apple and subtle notes of thyme, finishing with a classic, traditional method toastiness. WINE PANEL NOTE: An attractive nose of lemon, white nectarine, white flowers, supported by subtle, savoury biscuit notes. Very creamy and rich on the palate, with sweet, pulpy citrus balanced by lemony acidity and subtle lime pith. A wonderfully balanced and approachable introduction to English sparkling wine. The 2017 Moonambel Shiraz is eminently balanced and refined on the nose, with blood, minerals and flowers in equal measure.
