Sourced from selected vineyard sites across Tasmania, this Jansz Tasmania Special Release Rosé 2016 is crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This Rosé is crafted from hand-picked grapes that are gently whole bunch pressed before cool fermentation.This pretty pink wine showcases the fresh house style of Jansz Tasmania, whilst showcasing the beguiling aromatics inherent to Tasmanian sparkling Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir is the hero variety with delicious flavours of strawberries and cream, rose petals and musk being predominant. The palate is creamy and textured, whilst retaining an elegant vibrancy and freshness.

Aged for extended time on its yeast lees, it has complex fruit and with ageing is still fresh with strawberries, cherries and Granny Smith apples. Swift hails from the elevated slopes of Orange, NSW. The cool climate and elevated vineyard sites are perfect for the production of traditional method sparkling wines. Chardonnay dominates the palate with fresh cut white fruit and citrus, Pinot noir adds elegant and richness to the mid and back palate.

A fresh, lively palate of green apple and lemon with hints of toasted biscuit. Pinot Noir (67%) and Chardonnay (33%) sourced from the Josef Chromy's estate vineyard at Relbia in northern Tasmania. Whole bunches of hand-picked fruit are gently pressed to ensure delicate flavours. After primary ferment the wine is tiraged with no malolactic fermentation and disgorged after 18 months on yeast lees to retain crisp, fresh flavours.

This Sparkling rose by Jansz is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot meunier. Intense aromas of Turkish Delights, rosewater and strawberries fill the nose, while the mouth comes alive with luscious layers of Pinot truffles and the creaminess of bright rose and strawberry fruits.
