The majority of ripe grapes for this magnificent organic Sauvignon Blanc were fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel. The drink features a clear appearance, with just a hint of green. The soft bouquet offers subtle fragrances of white florals, stone fruits and fresh herbs. This multidimensional Urlar Sauvignon Blanc is rich and full on the palate, brimming with flavours of passionfruit, gooseberry and stone fruit. Lovely minerality balances this elegant palate, and together with all the elements, culminates in a satisfying finish. Serve this restrained Sauv Blanc with feta cheese, herb marinated white meat preparations, or shucked oysters.

This Bream Creek Chardonnay shows bright straw gold hues and contains about 13.6% of alcohol. The lifted bouquet exudes subtle aromas of citrus pith and struck the match. The smooth palate packs fresh flavours of citrus and white stone fruits balanced by the mineral acidity and sharp notes of French oak to culminate in a creamy and lingering finish.
