The grapes for our 2016 Showy Willow Sauvignon Blanc come from a small vineyard at the top of Willunga Hill in the Adelaide Hills. The fruit was hand pick and progressively transported to our winemaker in McLaren for crushing and fermentation. Aromas This is a pale yellow-green wine presenting intensely tropical aromas with passionfruit and pineapple leading to a rich full palate.

Off dry with 13 grams residual sugar this wine is perfectly balanced with crisp acidity. Stone fruits, green apple a hint of perfume rounded up with a crisp saline finish.

Made by one of the Tasmania's premier producers, with fruit coming from Tasmanias smallest, most maritime wine region the Cradle Coast. This Bream Creek Chardonnay shows bright straw gold hues and contains about 13.6% of alcohol. The lifted bouquet exudes subtle aromas of citrus pith and struck the match. The smooth palate packs fresh flavours of citrus and white stone fruits balanced by the mineral acidity and sharp notes of French oak to culminate in a creamy and lingering finish. This Chardonnay varietal is a great match to foods like Tasmanian pork with mushroom sauce and creamy pasta with parmesan.

This Riesling from Bream Creek is made from vines over 40 years old. It has a rich nose, showing freshly cut lime, French citron tart, spice and floral notes. The palate reveals vibrant lime, lemon and grapefruit balanced against taut and lively Tasmanian acidity, resulting in a wine with excellent length and a crisp, refreshing finish. It is perfectly suited to fresh Tasmanian seafood and spicy Asian cuisine.
