Fragrant peach perfumes flow off the luxurious bouquet of this Chardonnay, effortlessly shifting to a smooth palate laden with apricot, nectarine and creamy macadamia. The finish is buttery and toasty.

The grapes for our 2016 Showy Willow Sauvignon Blanc come from a small vineyard at the top of Willunga Hill in the Adelaide Hills. The fruit was hand pick and progressively transported to our winemaker in McLaren for crushing and fermentation. Aromas This is a pale yellow-green wine presenting intensely tropical aromas with passionfruit and pineapple leading to a rich full palate.

Made by one of the Tasmania's premier producers, with fruit coming from Tasmanias smallest, most maritime wine region the Cradle Coast. Harvested at the end of April, fruit was briefly soaked on skins prior to a cool, pristine ferment utilizing highly aromatic and texture yeast strains. It shows excellent freshness and drive, with notes of honeysuckle, white blossom and fresh cut pears.

Freycinet Riesling is pale straw in colour with a bouquet of orange blossom and honey that makes for immediate appeal. The palate is tightly structured with long citrus and grapefruit flavours. A real keeper!

Freycinet Chardonnay is a stunning cool-climate example of the varietal. Nutty, toasty barrel ferment aromas are combined with minerally citrus characters and the palate is wonderfully multi layered in flavour underpinned by laser sharp acidity.

Tasmanian Chardonnay at its best, lifted aromas of peach and pear with defined elegant oak. A bright and complex palate with crisp acidity that provides freshness and excellent persistence of flavour. A wine to enjoy in its youth. This sparkling wine is a pale straw/gold colour with a fine and persistent bead. Bready and biscuity autolysis notes from lees ageing are balanced by crisp apples and citrus lift. Vibrant lemony acidity adds drive to a full and rich mid-palate, vigorous mousse and a slaty, mineral persisting finish. 'The texture is soft and swirling, a real triumph.
