This sparkling wine is a pale straw/gold colour with a fine and persistent bead. Bready and biscuity autolysis notes from lees ageing are balanced by crisp apples and citrus lift. Vibrant lemony acidity adds drive to a full and rich mid-palate, vigorous mousse and a slaty, mineral persisting finish. 'The texture is soft and swirling, a real triumph. This wine shows an array of fruit characters, ranging from citrus through to tropical notes. This is complemented by some secondary characters from the natural yeast ferments and also some barrel aging. The palate has an elegant structure with a creamy, textural mid-palate and a long finish.

Single block Riesling from our East Coast Hazards vineyard. The Devil's Corner Resolution Riesling would be perfect with a range of seafood dishes. Lightly battered whiting fillets seared with a garden salad and a lime vinaigrette would be perfect. As would a roasted lemon infused chicken with an Asian slaw. Don't forget the oysters or calamari!

Golden Chardonnay fruit from the Louis vineyard is cool fermented in tanks followed by extended lees contact prior to bottling. By not utilising the Burgundy technique of fermentation in oak casks this wine highlights the pure Chardonnay aromas and flavours of stone, citrus and melon fruits. The mouth-filling, smooth, fruit-salad flavours are harmoniously balanced by a refreshing crisp long finish.

This very rare wine is a co fermented “field blend” of the rare German variety Schönburger and our 1974 planting of Riesling. There are intense aromas of fruit and flower. Flavours abound, with Jasmine, gardenia, ripe grapefruit, honeydew, rockmelon, hints of wet-stone minerality and phenomenally clear golden delicious apple notes! Inherent fruit sweetness is balanced by refreshing acidity ensuring a crisp, fresh finish - it’s like standing in a field of daisies in summer, with a fresh fruit salad.
