The vineyards that produce this delightful Fiano are located in Manduria, a region of Salento in Apulia, Southern Italy. An evocative wine showing straw yellow colours with gold hues, a warm, and an inviting nose with elegant hints of elder flowers and citrus fruit. It's medium-bodied with a well balanced acidity giving freshness on the palate. Monte dei Cocci Fiano Minutolo is the result of traditional winemaking with a modern approach. The fruit is from the heart of Itria Valley in Puglia, grown at 450 metres.
