Ireland's most awarded Gin, Shortcross is a classical style with a unique twist; best described as floral meadows, wild berries and grassy notes. Our small batch philosophy entails handpicking and sourcing the finest botanicals, we draw our own fresh water, distil on our small copper still and individually bottle, wax and label each Shortcross bottle.

Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Enjoy in a classic Gin and Tonic.

Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. Enjoy straight up, with tonic, with soda, or in a cocktail.

Awarded Ireland's best gin, Dingle Original Gin contains botanicals from a pristine Kerry landscape, including rowan berry, fuschia, bog myrtle, hawthorn and heather. Macerated for 24hrs, the spirit is distilled in a hand beaten copper still with resulting vapors passing through a flavour basket. The distillate is then cut with pure water drawn from a well 240ft below the distillery. Each bottle is hand filled and numbered by batch. Best served over ice with tonic and a wedge of fresh orange.

Taking inspiration from countryside hedgerows, this very rich and juicy gin focuses on red berry notes. Almost jam-like in profile, Forager has a lingering raspberry/blackberry character perfect for a Summer refreshment. Best served with raspberry lemonade or a premium tonic, garnished with a handful of raspberries and strawberry slices. By making this gin from berries that can be foraged from Scottish hedgerows, Eden Mill is looking after an important part of the British countryside and is highlighting the plight and importance of these little ecosystems. Juniper, bay leaves, cranberries, lemon, kvan and allspice. Made to celebrate our certification as an organic producer, this is a London Dry Gin to turn heads. Dark notes from bay leaf and angelica and sweetness from cranberries. The gin is unfiltered and may turn cloudy with the addition of water or ice.
