Blend of two-thirds Sauvignon Blanc and one-third Semillon gets a touch of barrel aging, reflected in its silky texture more than any overt aromas or flavours. A classically racy, punchy Margaret River SBS with exuberant fruit and freshness. The Semillon comes from 20 year old vines rooted in the North Block gravels and sees a small amount (13 per cent) of barrel fermentation. This component supplies some texture to complement the wine's crunchy lime, lemongrass, grapefruit and herbal notes.

A collage of lime, lemon and fresh pear are layered on a generous creamy palate. The fruit flavours reflect the purity of Karridale Sauvignon Blanc with the Semillon fleshing out the mid palate adding a depth of richness and volume. The wine finishes with finely balanced acidity and lingering freshness.

Intensely fresh with delicate aromas of passionfruit, white nectarine and tropical fruits. The palate shows zesty lemon and crisp green apple finishing with steely minerality and lingering succulent acidity.
