Swings & Roundabouts Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

This aromatic white blend is a fusion of 92% Sauvignon Blanc grapes with 8% Semillon grapes. These fruit parcels were harvested in the cool of the night and then cold pressed. The juice obtained was fermented in stainless steel before bottling. The resulting blend displays a pale green colour. The lifted bouquet exudes fresh aromas of guava, with hints of Semillon grapes evident in the background. The medium-bodied palate initially presents flint dry and racy fruit flavours, balanced by crisp acidity. The finale is excellent and lingering. Made for consumption upon release, this enticing white wine has the potential to be cellared for 2 to 3 years from vintage. Swings & Roundabouts Sauvignon Blanc Semillon goes well with poached salmon, Rottnest King George whiting or goat cheese.

The grapes for the KarriBindi Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot were hand picked in the cool of the morning and then gently pressed as whole bunches to preserve their true fruit characters. It was then bottled fermented and matured on lees for 36 months in the traditional method.This is a vintage brut; dry and crisp with an elegant lingering finish.Each mouthful is enhanced by the finest of bubbles and delicate fruit flavours.

KarriBindi Margaret River Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

A collage of lime, lemon and fresh pear are layered on a generous creamy palate. The fruit flavours reflect the purity of Karridale Sauvignon Blanc with the Semillon fleshing out the mid palate adding a depth of richness and volume. The wine finishes with finely balanced acidity and lingering freshness.
