In the winery: Matured for 10 months in about one third new French oak from forests in Allier, Nevers and the Centre of France.In the glass: Medium red, a slight brick hue.On the nose: Lifted red berry and light cedary oak.On the palate: Stacks of primary fruit and tannins are softening with age resulting in a soft, silken finish. Still showing plenty of fruit depth and has plenty of time ahead of it.

Aromas of bright boysenberry, blood plums and liquorice. Classy oak adds mocha and spice to palate that's bursting with luscious fruit. Medium bodied with soft tannins and a lingering finish.

Dark ruby in colour, St Johns Brook Cabernet Sauvignon has bright aromas of blackbcurrant and rosehip on the nose, with a fresh, tart palate of cassis, dark forest fruits and complex dusty tannins.

This is a rich, complex and aromatic Shiraz with aniseed, boysenberry, chocolate and spice. There is well integrated oak with hints of sandalwood, nutmeg, bacon fat, roasted meat and an underlying violet perfume Full and textured with fine, silky tannins which make the wine very approachable now. Once again, there is aniseed, boysenberry and spice with choc-mint, cocoa,savoury oak and peat.

Voyager Estate Shiraz is deep red in colour with an explosive nose of oak blackberries and spice that is succeeded by a rich flavoursome palate and some chewy tannins. Will improve wonderfully with time.
