Ireland's most awarded Gin, Shortcross is a classical style with a unique twist; best described as floral meadows, wild berries and grassy notes. Our small batch philosophy entails handpicking and sourcing the finest botanicals, we draw our own fresh water, distil on our small copper still and individually bottle, wax and label each Shortcross bottle.

Traditionally favoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, native Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people. The Green Ants display vibrant coriander and kaffir lime leaf flavours, with a citrus and lime burst on the palate further enhanced by Finger Lime. Native Juniper (Boobialla) is evident in the floral, perfumed aromatics, while spicy notes of Pepper Berry balance the citrus flavours. Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle provide green, leafy herbaceous characters which replicate traditional English Juniper resin characters.

Ardbeg 10 Year Old Single Malt is typical Islay (eye-la). Light gold colour with exceptional balance and depth on the nose. The aroma is a beguiling mix of toffee and chocolate sweetness, cinnamon spice, Fresh citrus and floral notes of white wine are evident, as are melon, pear drops and a gentle creaminess. There is also fresh phenolics of seaspray and smoked fish. Hickory and coffee emerge on the finish.

Cedar Fox's Barrel Aged gin is un-filtered and is matured in whisky barrels for a period of up to four months, imparting wood and subtle whisky notes while still maintaining upfront gin qualities. Batch distilled with timeless ingredients, Juniper, Orris and Angelica Root, this remarkably aromatic and rich local Gin boasts a bright and fresh, seasonal character. Fresh, Lavender, Rosemary and Sage synchronise flawlessly with delicate notes of Myrcene, delivering a full bodied Gin with a welcoming mouthfeel. The Myrcene is delighting on the nose and delicate on the pallet, proving a sensational pair on ice with a premium tonic, garnished with fresh Orange or Rosemary and pairs exceptionally well in a Martini or in any citrus forward cocktail.

Distilled in Melbourne. Brogans Royal Blood Gin is the savoury sensation that is her navy strength gin. Something a bit special, complex with a lingering cardamom heat, at 57.2% it has a bit of a kick. Herbal aromas and flavours from the rosemary and bay leaf are seasoned with Australian sea parsley, saltbush and roasted wattle seed giving plenty of good mouthfeel. Tasting Note Juniper forward, dry, slightly citrus, and extremely savoury. With herbal and aromatic characters of fresh vapour distilled rosemary leaf, supported by bay leaf, olive leaf and black peppercorns, that are amplified by the Australian natives of spicy mountain pepper leaf, fragrant and savoury salt bush and salty sea parsley. A bold amount of roasted native wattle seeds lengthens the finish and exaggerates the heat of green cardamom. A winner in a dry Martini and a Dirty G&T with a slice of apple to garnish.
