A triple Juniper Triple Botanicals Mt Compass G3 Gin that was made from traditional and indigenous botanicals and distilled with an Australian grain alcohol was then aged in shiraz American oak barrels conditioned with tawny port , then aged for 9 months. The end result was a smooth yet curvealicious Gin with character and charm

Gin is created using limonene, one of the main compounds found in cannabis plants. The limonene adds an ultra-rich profile to the spirit, mingling alongside notes of juniper, mandarin and lime, and finishing with soft spice. Limonene is also found in citrus peel and is said to have anti-inflammatory properties which can be used to relieve stress and naturally decrease anxiety and depression.

Sanaig, named after an inlet on Islays rugged Atlantic coast, is a vatting of Kilchoman whisky matured in both ex-Sherry and ex-Bourbon barrels. The high proportion of Oloroso sherry casks creating a unique balance of dried fruits, dark chocolate and rich peat smoke.
