Local, sustainably sourced molasses is blended with our unique water. Artisan distillers hand make the wash and double distil it. Before the premium spirit is aged in oak casks, we bottle a very limited quantity for you to enjoy in cocktails and mixed drinks.

Critters Distillery Gin is a modern contemporary Gin brewed, fermented, and distilled in-house from a mash blend consisting of small-batch single-origin wheat malt and 100% cane sugar.

Our fun, bright Australiana riff on the Negroni has been precisely pre-batched, so all that’s left to do is; pour over ice, add an orange slice and let our flavour wizards take you to your happy place. We’ve kept the roots of the classic Negroni, but with an all Australian twist using Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin, Adelaide Hills Bitter Orange, and Maidenii Sweet Vermouth.
