Iron House Distilleries Tasman Whisky Port Cask Single Malt Whisky was matured in port barrels sources from Portugal and re-conditioned in Tasmania. Aged for 4 years, this whisky has a reddish orange ember hue in the glass. The nose has aromas of bold red wine, stone fruit, and buttery, but with a sweetened spiced aroma. This continues to the palate with flavours of dried dark fruit, red berried wine, orange zest, hazelnut oak warmth with hints of ruby tobacco sweet dark chocolate. Iron House Distillery is located at the edge of the Tasman Sea, where the old droving Hut Iron House once stood watchful.

A strong bitter amaro, Luxardo Fernet undergoes a prolonged infusion of different herbs and spices such as licorice, cardamom, gentian and saffron. Luxardo has produced this Fernet since 1889, and it is typically enjoyed after any meal to help digestion.

Australian made and owned. Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed and fermented using a unique method of top fermentation and natural bottle conditioning. Amaro Montenegro, 'the liqueur of the virtues', was created in 1885 thanks to the lengthy, impassioned experiments of a famous distiller and herbalist, Stanislao Cobianchi. The name Montenegro is a dedication to the beautiful princess Elena of Montenegro, who was engaged to Victor Emanuel III. In its over 100 years of history, Amaro Montenegro has seen its success grow continuously up to the present day, now being one of the leading brands on the Italian market. It can be enjoyed straight, with soda water and lemon rind, or hot, as well as in various combinations in modern cocktails.

Packaged in it's iconic spherical bottle, Chambord is a regal liqueur that is derived from the richest black raspberries and then concentrated into liqueur form. A must have in any drinks cabinet it is a regular in cocktail circles.
