Impression Bay Distillery is located on the beautiful Tasman Peninsula, Tasmania. Our First Impression Gin is made in the London Dry style and incorporates not only traditional botanicals including juniper, cardamom, coriander, cassia bark and lemon myrtle but also our three, fresh, locally grown aromatic botanicals, Mountain Pepper berry, Saltbush and Kunzea. Poltergeist Gin is produced in small batches at the historic Shene Distillery in Pontville, Tasmania. Poltergeist Unfiltered retains the full flavour profile of all twelve botanicals, completely covering the front, middle and back of the pallet with a long lingering finish. It may ghost over ice due to the density of flavouring oils derived from the botanicals. The flavour profile is earthy and robust, and the balance of brawny botanicals like liquorice root, cardamom, orris root and Tasmanian pepper berries, with the more traditional citrus and nutty gin flavours, is unique.
