Tasmanian Dry Gin, A classic London Dry style with a Tassie twist has 11 botanicals that hero the native pepperberries and herbs found on the way to Cradle Mountain. Wildly fragrant with alpine freshness, juniper, coriander and Tasmanian highland pepperberries with a hint of liquorice root.

The crucial mix of attitude, insight, native and exotic botanicals, pure Australian water and innovative distilling process define this hand-crafted Gin. Distilled in small batches in a custom built 230L Müller copper still, fresh ruby grapefruit, native aniseed myrtle, cubeb pepper and tonka beans are used to create this Gin. A smooth, well-rounded Gin for making classic cocktails and controversy. Perfect in a G&T with a ruby grapefruit garnish, and holds its own in a martini or negroni.

Ink Gin is a beautifully delicate modern Australian gin. Lemon myrtle & orange citrus, soft floral & fresh pine notes are followed by a spicy pepperberry finish. Pot distilled with a blend of 12 Australian native, traditional & exotic botanicals before being infused with an exotic blue flower which imparts smoothness and all natural indigo colour. The flower is pH sensitive, mixing from indigo to blush pink with the addition of tonic, lemon or lime.

Our First Impression Gin is made in the London Dry style and incorporates not only traditional botanicals including juniper, cardamom, coriander, cassia bark and lemon myrtle but also our three, fresh, locally grown aromatic botanicals, Mountain Pepper berry, Saltbush and Kunzea. These botanicals are vapour infused in the last stages of distillation in our German still, preserving their subtle aromas and flavours. First Impression Gin is smooth, well balanced and unlike some other gins, crafted to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks. 42%ABV.
