A bold driven Navy, with a powerful punch of Juniper, tart notes from full fresh oranges and spice from cardamom and clove. Best served as a slow sipper with a slice of orange and a clove. Is great in cocktails due to it powerful flavour profile.

A herbaceous gin, with strong notes from fresh Basil, Vietnamese mint, Sage and Dill. Floral notes from Hibiscus, with woody sweet after tones from cinnamon. A subtle juniper sweetness blends it all together. Best served with a sweet garnish like apple, to bring out the floral notes in a Gin and Tonic.

A spice driven gin, with a pungent juniper base. Flavoured by four different peppers, as well as cardamom, clove and cumin. Fresh citrus notes added from lemon and lime, with a crisp finish from the added cucumber. A bold gin, which makes a great "Red Snapper", or a "Dirty Martini". Inspired by the finer end of the red Burgundy spectrum, Tasmania has the cool climate and conditions to produce some of the best Pinot in the country, and the winemakers at Freycinet know it. Their flagship wine has all the hallmarks of cool climate, Tasmania Pinot concentration, complexity and great length. The vines are managed with a diligence which borders on obsession. The fruit is hand picked at harvest, lightly crushed and destemmed before fermentation with small quantities of whole bunch fruit. The resulting wine shows dark red fruit, spice and a subtle profile of game and truffle.

The fruit is sourced from the cool climate region of Tasmania where Ed Carr (Gourmet Wine Traveller Winemaker of the Year 2011) and his team produce an outstanding wine of incredible complexity and character resulting from extended maturation on yeast lees.

True to its name our mouth-watering Zesty Limoncello combines a traditional family recipe passed down through generations from the Amalfi coast with some of our favourite foraged Australian botanicals to leave your mouth perfumed with a zesty sherbet finish. Only using carefully selected thick perfumed lemons grown at an orchard on the central coast, north of Sydney, we hand peel them, being most particular to avoid the bitter pith. Infusion of the peel into the smooth grain spirit cannot be rushed. After a month the citrus oils combine with the native botanical distillates of Lemon Aspen and Lemon Myrtle to give birth to a flavour-blend of bitter-sweet grapefruit and lime with a hint of honey and eucalyptus.

House of Arras sounds French and it would be easy to mistake this Brut Elite for a NV Champagne. Arras winemaker Ed Carr has spent the last 15 years on a quest to produce a world class sparkling. With this wine, we considered it mission accomplished! Vanilla, nougat and exotic spices on the nose, followed by a palate bursting with lychee, truffle and cinnamon flavours, this is a complex, elegant wine. Australian sparkling has come a long way in the past decade, but this is a wine that really excites us.
