The colour is a mixture of faded copper and pink.The nose is elegant showing sweet strawberry and cherry characters, with a hint of fennel in the background. The palate is clean crisp and elegant with good weight and structure, finished with clean crisp acidity. A wine developed for drinking in hot weather with robust garlic laden food, or chilled as is.

Located on the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, Domaine de La Croix vineyards face the sea and enjoy optimal conditions for producing fresh and elegant wines. Full of finesse, this wine has lovely fruity notes of citrus, wild peaches and red berries. Long, fresh and round finish, perfect as an aperitif or to pair with grilled fish or prawns, roast meat and stuffed or grilled vegetables.

The nose is vibrant with lifted aromas of spring and summer red fruits; raspberries, strawberries, cherries with hints of rose petal and Turkish delight. The palate is rich with flavours of maraschino cherries, balanced with delicate hints of rose water. The natural fruit sweetness of this wine is balanced by a lively mineral acidity and a dash of savoury spice. Early ripening Shiraz on sandy loam from our most Northern site. Harvested at a lower Baume to create a light pretty style with natural acidity. Harvested in the cool of the night. The grapes were crushed and held on skins until the ideal colour extraction had been achieved before being lightly pressed under inert conditions. Fermented in stainless steel vessels. Yeast strains that promote the natural berry characters were selected. Cool fermentation temperatures. The final blend was given a light fining before being filtered and prepared for bottling.

Affentals unique name derives from a pilgrimage chapel, which stood near the grapevines. In support of the pilgrims Ave Maria the valley was known as Ave Tal (Ave Valley) in the local vernacular, from which todays Affental (Valley of the monkeys) evolved. The origin of the Affental Wine Cooperative dates back to the year 1908. At the time, 24 winegrowers founded the Natural Winegrowing Association of Affental. From this, todays Affental Viticultural Cooperative was created over the years with approximately 240 hectares of vineyards. An incredibly drinkable off-dry style rosé bursting with red fruits of strawberry, raspberry, and Turkish delight confection. The softly textured mouthfeel leads to sweet rounded red berry fruits, strawberries and cream, and a subtle hint of spice on the palate. A trace of residual sugar adds a lovely softness and approachability. A wine for all occasions, especially engineered to get the party started!

The grapes were gently whole bunch pressed and transferred to seasoned French oak barrels for fermentation. The wine remained on yeast lees in barrel for three months prior to bottling. Tellurian Rosé is a pale salmon colour and shows a complex bouquet of juvey red fruit with some yeasty complexity from barrel fermentation. The light weight palate is dry and savoury showing red apple, red currant and cranberry fruit flavours. The fine chalky texture is well supported by mouth watering acidity providing a clean fresh finish.
