Dewazakura and the local agricultural bureau developed regional sake rice called Dewa Sansan which is used in this sake. A very soft and deep flavoured style with good zingy acidity, and a clean and fresh finish.

The process of Scotland's slowest distillation can be tasted in every dram of this Cask Strength Single Malt by Glengoyne. Hand-crafted from inception to glass, this single malt also shows the dramatic effect of warm air drying of the barley rather that using peat smoke. The Kilchoman Sanaig Single Islay Malt Scotch Whisky presents soft cooked fruits with caramel and vanilla on the nose along with toffee, peat smoke and a lingering sweetness on the palate. The finish is a lovely balance of peat smoke, fruit and sweetness.

A vatting of single malts aged between 12 and 27 years in oak casks and resulting from a cognac (double) distillation method with a mash exclusively made of « Malt » (germinated barley). It has been reduced to 43% alcohol by volume. Beige amber tint.
