COEDO Shikkoku
Shikkoku is a Japanese word that reflects the jet black colour of onyx, perfect for this enchantingly dark, slow-aged brew marked by an elegant and mellow flavour profile. Dark shadows contrast sharply with the brightness of its fine, tea-coloured head. Aromatic hops surround the nose. COEDO Shikkoku is created with two variations of black malt which are combined with six other malt varieties, making for a black lager that is smooth, light and balanced - never cloying.

Birra Menabrea Lager is brewed using light barley malts and maize, for a light, crisp Lager style. This, combined with a fairly high alcohol level, makes for a very full and flavourful, yet still refreshing Lager. Around 100 thousand hectolitres of beer are produced annually, part of which for export in twenty countries.

Leon Beer
Leon comes fresh from Cyprus and is a high quality lager made in accordance to the Reinheitsgebot, or the German Purity Law as it is more commonly known as. It is made from three different kinds of malts, barley, roasted barley and caramelised malts which together add to the sweetness of the beer. German Tettanger hops are used to balance the malts in the beer. A special yeast has been cooked up for this beer, setting it aside from other beers. The yeast is key for the developing flavours in the fermentation, which add the fruit to the palate and aroma of Leon. The water is also sourced locally and purified in the brewery to create a truly well-crafted beer.
