After maturing for years in South Australian red wine casks, our Muscat Finish Whisky spends additional time in richly flavoured South Australian fortified wine casks. These European oak casks held muscat for at least 20 years, and impart bold flavours of dried fruit and fine tannin.

Growing up as market gardeners, there was always a passion for the best quality produce. This same passion has now developed into a fine single malt whisky. Hand crafted, barrel aged and matured. Made with the finest grade Australian barley. Packed and protected the same way we packed our prized produce. Sweet and fruity on the nose, a subtle woodiness and delicate malt finish. A mellow and sweet Australian Single Malt Whisky, matured in ex-Kentucky Bourbon casks filled in Manly Spirits' first year of distilling. The Bourbon Cask expression is part of Manly Spirits Co. Distillery's first release series 'Element Series', matured in their Northern Beaches distillery for 4 years. Coastal Stone Whisky is an expression of the maritime element and raw nature of the Australian coast, combined with the desire to create a whisky that exceeds expectations. Nestled away in the far north of Scotland's Highland region is the distillery of Clynelish. Situated at Brora on the stormy North East coast, this 14 Year Old single malt has been matured in specially selected oak casks and then bottled at the full 46%. Displaying a waxy nose with a hint of sugar and florals, the whisky arrives on the palate with power and flavours of signature spice and maritime saltiness.

Johnnie Walker Green Label Scotch is a blend of entirely Single Malts and has aromas of smoky vanilla oak, pepper, fresh cut grass and sandalwood on the nose. Rich mouthfeel with a delicate earthiness are balanced through to a lingering malty aftertaste. Sophisticated and full of finesse. Great to enjoy neat or on the rocks.

Dewars 18 Year Old Scotch Whisky is carefully prepared by putting the whisky back into the cask to mature a second time after blending (double-aging). This method allows all of the older and characterful whiskies to mingle before bottling with resulting flavours of nut and marzipan, to name a few.

An elegant sophisticated Speyside with the most complex aroma of any malt. Astonishingly fragrant with sweetish notes and a smoky saltiness on the finish. Complexity married to such refinement is not easily found.

Cragganmore Distillers Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky appears warm gold in colour with a sweet nose of jelly, juicy fruits and a slight smokiness. Light to medium body with a firm, sweet palate of smoky undertones and nutty fruitiness. Medium finish with lovely oaky expressions, banana and vanilla notes linger on the tongue.

This Home Hill Kelly's Reserve Pinot Noir is made from selected parcels of fruit from the Home Hill vineyard. Complex aromas of violets, red and dark fruits and spice follow through to the palate where dense tannins and supportive French oak create a poised and structured wine.
