Paying homage to the historical sailors, this Gin meets the test they required for “proof” that the spirit delivered was as promised by the British Royal Navy. Using the base of our Signature Gin the intensified strength provides an enhanced flavour experience where each botanical dances on the palate. A punchy hit of fragrant aromas from the citrus, and the subtle sweetness of premium vanilla. On the palate, the strong peppery pine taste of juniper combines with the citrus flavours and finishes with a super warmth from our spice combination. A Gin full of flavour that won’t disappoint.

The spelling of the term ‘Whisky’ alters by country, Scottish, English, Welsh, and Canadian whiskies use ‘Whisky’, while the Irish use ‘Whiskey’. Scottish Whisky must be aged in oak barrels for a minimum of three years, where it is known as the ‘spirit of the Gods’. This might explain the ‘Angel’s Tax’, used to describe the amount of whisky lost each year to evaporation during the ageing process. They must be happy little Angels over Scotland. With more than 30 bottles of whisky exported from Scotland each second, there’s clearly enough left over for the rest of us whisky lovers. One by one, The Last Great Malts of Scotland will leave their distillery gates. Deemed the bad boy of Speyside, Craigellachie is an unapologetically unique and challenging Single Malt. This is a complex dram, packed with flavour and texture. 13 Years Old, from an 1891 distillery. Bottled at a punchy 46% ABV. A stubborn, sulphurous single malt, condensed in rusted worm tubs on an inhospitable rocky bluff.

A vatting of single malts aged between 12 and 27 years in oak casks and resulting from a cognac (double) distillation method with a mash exclusively made of « Malt » (germinated barley). It has been reduced to 43% alcohol by volume. Beige amber tint.

A blending of malted and un-malted cereals whisky distilled partly by Pot-still and partly by Coffey Still (continuous distillation) in Scotland. After 4 years in oak wood, it has been reduced to 44% alc./vol. with Pentland Hills' water. Matured partly in Scotland and partly in France, bottled without filtration.Opalescent tint.Slight iodine fragrances with a hint of almond, vanilla roundness, floral fineness. Nervous and round.To be preferably consumed chilled as an appetizer.
