Growing up as market gardeners, there was always a passion for the best quality produce. This same passion has now developed into a fine single malt whisky. Hand crafted, barrel aged and matured. Made with the finest grade Australian barley. Packed and protected the same way we packed our prized produce. Sweet and fruity on the nose, a subtle woodiness and delicate malt finish. A modern yet balanced whisky suitable for all occassions.

Puss & Mew Navy Strength Gin

Paying homage to the historical sailors, this Gin meets the test they required for “proof” that the spirit delivered was as promised by the British Royal Navy. Using the base of our Signature Gin the intensified strength provides an enhanced flavour experience where each botanical dances on the palate. A punchy hit of fragrant aromas from the citrus, and the subtle sweetness of premium vanilla. On the palate, the strong peppery pine taste of juniper combines with the citrus flavours and finishes with a super warmth from our spice combination. A Gin full of flavour that won’t disappoint.

Dr Onyx Tonic Whisky 6-Pack Set

6x 100ml Whisky Whisky: Distilleries began producing whisky in the late 18th century. The spelling of the term ‘Whisky’ alters by country, Scottish, English, Welsh, and Canadian whiskies use ‘Whisky’, while the Irish use ‘Whiskey’. Scottish Whisky must be aged in oak barrels for a minimum of three years, where it is known as the ‘spirit of the Gods’. This might explain the ‘Angel’s Tax’, used to describe the amount of whisky lost each year to evaporation during the ageing process. They must be happy little Angels over Scotland. With more than 30 bottles of whisky exported from Scotland each second, there’s clearly enough left over for the rest of us whisky lovers. Dr Onyx Just Whisky is the best tonic for those in need of a moment or two of quiet reflection. Serving Suggestions: Serve neat, over ice, with a little water or mixer such as dry ginger ale. Volume: 100ml, 40% Alcohol, Approx. 3.2 Standard Drinks.

Starward Unexpeated Single Malt Australian Whisky

Fully matured in Melbourne without a peat bog in sight, now thats UNEXPEATED.Youve never tried a Starward whisky like this before. Peated, smoky whisky barrels meet red-wine-barrel-aged single malt. Islay, Scotland melds with Melbourne, Australia. And old worlds and new worlds collide. We started with our signature red-wine-barrel-aged single malt, its flavour fruit-forward and juicy. Then we swerved from the expected. Heavily-peated whisky barrels direct from Islays finest distilleries would give our whisky a peat character never yet tasted in Starward. In each sip of Unexpeated, ripe red berries meet a coastal peat smoke. Sweet peat lingers in the aroma and lengthy finish.Pair with smoky dishes like trout or grilled eggplant for a flavour sensation. Sip alongside oysters or punchy Roquefort cheese. When you take tradition and make it your own, delicious things happen.
