Cambria was originally part of the Tepusquet Vineyard. Planted between 1970 and 1971, this ambitious venture helped establish Santa Barbara County as a world-class wine producing region. The Cambria portion of property was purchased in 1986 by Barbara Banke. Today, Cambria is still 100% family owned and the wines are 100% estate-grown.Ripe blackberry and blueberry flavors are followed by notes of cranberry, cherry and pomegranate. With a balance of earth and baking spice, this wine offers firm tannins and a long finish.

The Grand Reserve Chardonnay is made from 100% estate sourced fruit from Santa Barbara, one of California's coolest grape growing regions. Perfectly integrated tropical fruits compliment floral notes, a hint of spice and vanilla as well as nice minerality from the calciferous soils in the Santa Maria and Los Alamos Valleys.

Like a Pecan Pie in bitters form, these bitters combine Toasted Pecans with Wild Cherry Bark, warm baking spices such as Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Clove, and the richness of Steens Cane Syrup. An absolute natural for Bourbon drinks, try them in a Bourbon Sour with muddled peaches.

A variety of Japanese citrus, Yuzu are renowned for their taste and aroma, somewhere between a Mandarin and a Grapefruit. These bitters combine them with traditional bitters ingredients such as Cinchona, Cardamom, and Burdock Root and two kinds of Green Tea to round out the finish.
