When Giuseppe and Pietro Simi immigrated to Northern California, they settled in Sonoma County because it reminded them of their native Tuscany where wine had been made for centuries. In 1876, they founded SIMI in Healdsburg, California. Today, there still making wine from diverse Sonoma County grapes in the same stone cellar built in 1890. The palate is zesty with fresh flavours of tangerine, lemon curd, stone fruit, white peach and nectarine framed by sweet toast and vanilla followed with wet-stone minerality and orange peel on the finish. This 6% Oz/American style IPA is dangerously sessionable, has a slight hazy golden hue, balanced bitterness and a refreshingly dry finish. Massive tropical/citrus dry hop character brings it home. No. 209 Sauvignon Blanc Barrel Reserve Gin Batch #4 has a floral nose with hints of toasted grain and subtle spice over undertones of juniper and citrus. The first sip is alluringly sweet and citrusy, with a pleasant tang from wine barrel aging. Mid-palate shows a burst of floral tones, lavender, rose and chamomile with hints of juniper. The finish is long and round with cardamom, chocolate and cassia notes.

Buttery Chardonnay is named for the rich, creamy flavorus imparted by its distinct winemaking style. Our coastal California vineyards deliver lush notes of ripe apple and white peach, balanced with bright, mouth-watering acidity. Malolactic fermentation then enchances the wine's body and complexity. Aging on French and American oak adds the finishing touches of brown spice and vanilla aromas and notes of toasty brioche to complement the decadent buttery profile.
