Three friends, including two Australians, went on a trip to Guadalajara, Mexico back in 2005. It was there between sips of tequila that they made a pact to begin the journey to make extraordinary tequila. They found partners in maverick master distiller, Marco Cedano, and his son Rodrigo. These were men skilled in the art of turning blue agave into bottled brilliance. Its smooth, viscous finish emits fresh botanical aromas and tasting notes of mint, pineapple and caramel.

Tromba Anejo is aged in white oak American whiskey barrels for over 20 months, resulting in a rich, sweet tequila with notes of chocolate, caramelized anise, apple and peach.

Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. This anejo tequila is aged 16 months. It features a very satisfying agave rich palate featuring salty and buttery vanilla garnished with oaky smoke.

This Anejo is made respecting its artisanal manufacturing background, in this process masonry ovens are used, cooking the agave for more than 40 hours with steam, the grinding is carried out by strudder and the yeast is extracted from the agave itself. Awarded Tequila in San Francisco International Spirits Competition 2012. Satisfying the most demanding palates is one of the missions of La Cofradia made from purest blue agave Tequila. The name was inherited in 1995 and created respecting the traditional manufacturing process. Belonging to a special reserve by Master Distiller whose signature is found on each bottle, Carlos Hernandez. Flavour is a complex Weber in Oak taste.

KAH Tequila Reposado is made from 100% Blue Agave, double distilled, and aged for more than 2 months in American Oak barrels with medium toasting. This devilish bottle design takes its cues Day of the Dead celebrations that take place in parts of Peru. Arquitecto Tequila is created from high altitude agave grown on the lands of Master Tequilero, Arq. Enrique Fonseca. The tequila is distilled in copper, exclusively from the weber blue agave plant in Mexico. The agave is cooked, crushed, fermented, and distilled within a range of 41- 45% ABV at Tequilena distillery in the town of Tequila. No immature agave, no non-agave fermentation sugars, no diffuser, and no additives were used in the production of Arquitecto Tequila.
