Bright yellow in colour, with vanilla and caramel on the nose, the taste is soft with fresh acidity with of sweet cinnamon and spice. A great tequila for the most refined palate.

Calle 23 Anejo Tequila
Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. This anejo tequila is aged 16 months. It features a very satisfying agave rich palate featuring salty and buttery vanilla garnished with oaky smoke.
Excellia Reposado
Golden straw in colour, Excellia Reposado reveals a complex nose mixing honey, toasted wood, mushroom, dried lavender, jasmine and violet notes. Nine months of ageing in grand cru sauternes wine casks and cognac barrels provide a round and extensive mouthfeel with rich honey, cigar-box, and caramelized-agave/pumpkin notes. This is all mixed with subtle rancio and orchard fruits. The finish is long and satisfying with spicy and earthy notes.
