Storywood Tequila Speyside Anejo - 14 months
Born in Mexico, shaped by Scotland, Storywood is the only range of tequilas in the world that are fully matured in single malt whisky and Oloroso sherry barrels. Storywood tequila begins with 10 year-old mature 100% blue weber agave, harvested from the lowland region of Jalisco and married with the natural spring water from Volcan de Tequila that flows down from the mountains. This liquid, much like a new make spirit, is then locked away in the finest of oak casks which have travelled 3 continents. The Speyside Añejo 14 was born in Mexico and raised for over 14 months in a Scotch whisky barrels, this adventurous Añejo is a tantalizingly two-sided tequila. Hiding in every deep amber dram are notes of toasted oak, roasted nuts and treacle toffee.

La Cofradia Talavera Reposado “Rosa”
Talavera "Rosa" Reposado Talavera take its name from the pattern of the design painted onto the bottle. The tequila is an authentic taste and quality of 100% agave which is a delight to the palate. Talavera holds the Super-Premium quality of Cofradia Tequila, which is aged in wooden barrels for 6 months. The bottles are hand made then baked in an oven to create individual ceramic containers. A group of Artisans co-operate to bring together the components being bottle, product and artwork on each bottle. Tromba Anejo is aged in white oak American whiskey barrels for over 20 months, resulting in a rich, sweet tequila with notes of chocolate, caramelized anise, apple and peach.
Calle 23 Reposado Tequila
Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. The blanco (unaged) is a wonderfully clean palate with good agave, crisp apple and sweet tropical fruit notes (pineapple and ripe pear).
