Código 1530 Añejo has been lauded by Tequila experts as the finest Añejo tequila available. Our Añejo is a private recipe refined over many generations by an artisan distilling family in Amatitán. Aged for 18 months in the finest Napa Cabernet French White Oak barrels. Refined, elegant and expressive hints of fruit, mingled with oak, touches of vanilla and a bit of spice.

Very pale straw gold appearance. Fairly restrained on the nose with a soft, seamlessly integrated amalgam of vanilla, green tomato and chile peppers followed by traces of mint. A soft light entry expands to reveal a light to medium bodied reposado with a slightly oily texture and restrained vanilla / agave and pepper flavours intensifying towards a deliciously salty finish. Concludes fresh and delicate with a subtle waxy green tomato fade. Elegant and understated.
