Bundaberg Overproof Rum is distilled, aged, then bottled at strength for a bold flavour full of oak, caramel and spice. For a Bundy and cola with a bolder taste, take a highball glass, fill with ice, add 30ml of Bundaberg Overproof rum and top with cola. Garnish with a wedge of lime.

Bundaberg Original Underproof Rum
Bundaberg Original Underproof Rum was first distilled in 1888 and is Australian as it gets. Produced with 100% local sugar cane, this rum is matured to perfection for a mellow and smooth flavour. You'll become captivated by the hints of caramel and molasses. The final product has hits of black pepper spice and Demerara sugar on the nose, followed by heavy oak tones. The palate is fresh with dry timber notes. The finish is dry and herbaceous. Enjoy this rum mixed with a cold Bundaberg Ginger Beer.

A double distilled, Pot-Still brandy, prepared from specially crafted base wines. St. Agnes then rests for many years in small oak casks to ensure pure clean perfection.
Squealing Pig Rose Gin
Pale salmon in colour and made with 10 botanicals, this gin is dry and refreshing with subtle juniper, bright citrus flavours and balanced spices. The addition of the rosé wine gives it a delightful hint of lifted strawberry on the finish. The botanicals comprise juniper berries, citrus peels, lavender blossoms, coriander seeds, angelica seeds, rosemary, cardamom, fennel, peppermint and laurel leaf.
Brookie's Byron Slow Gin
