Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest rum in the world. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber colour and a luxuriously complex aroma. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a rum with flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked character and a long lasting finish. Eclipse has a warm, medium body with a bright finish. Its subtle smokiness is imparted by the toasted Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is aged.

The heart of Tasmania, the Central Highlands region, boasts glorious scenery and dramatic built environment. With over 3000 lakes connected by running rivers, it captures the purity and excitement of Tasmania. Highlands is a refreshing and crisp Gin, with notes from the unique blue cypress to the bright fruitiness of the grapefruit, orange and buchu, all while an ever present mint note lingers over the palate. Introducing Cedar Fox Distilling Co, a newcomer to the Australian independent spirits space with the release of its gin. A savoury dry gin with peppery fragrant earthy aromas, it incorporates urban botanicals such as Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, Lebanese Cucumber, Sichuan Peppercorn, Lemon Verbena and Rosemary. The result is a simple yet expressive character.

Tradition coupled with contemporary flair, Vickers Pink Gin carries aromas of ripe strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants, finishing with a familiar hint of juniper. Tasting of berries, with undertones of traditional Gin, the blend delivers a unique flavour and smooth finish. Best enjoyed as one-part Gin, three-parts tonic. Garnish with berries for an extra burst of flavour.

This Limoncello has a strong taste of lemon flesh at first, with a heavy dose of lemon oil. Notes of lime zest and juniper come on strongly as a complementary note. The juice and essential oil complexities add some intrigue, suggesting lemon curd and key lime meringue pie; a hint of creamy custard comes on towards the finish.Limoncello is traditionally served chilled as an after-dinner digestive in a chilled cordial glass. Shake well before serving. It can also used to make various cocktails, pastry or ice cream.
