Appleton Signature is a flagship product of the Estate's Jamaica Rum Family. It is a Blended Rum, which means it is a combination of several rums of different styles and ages and does not have an age statement. Appleton Signature is made up of 15 different select aged rums, capturing the best of each styles.

Produced in small batches utilising grape spirit, the 78 Degrees Gin is vapour distilled using our unique column and basket distillation method, to retain delicate flavours and aromas.

36 Short Rhubarb Gin. Made with South Australian Rhubarb, grown for Virginia Spirits. A delicately smooth gin enhanced with a distinctive floral and rhubarb bouquet giving it a crisp and refreshing finish to the palate.

Imbroglio (Italian word meaning a confused or complicated situation) is Poor Tom's new bitter/sweet Amaro Australiano. It's right at home in a Negroni, a spritz or straight over ice.

Handcrafted in Cairns, containing thirteen botanicals. The dry botanicals are steeped overnight - juniper, coriander seed, anjelica root, cinnamon, lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepperberry, cardamom and macadamia. Locally sourced ruby grapefruit, mango, finger lime, lavender and mint are vapour infused in the gin basket.The result is a perfectly balanced citrus-for-ward summer gin. Perfect mixed with soda and a wedge of grapefruit

Our 'Founders Gin' is a delicious, delicately balanced gin, with juniper forward notes and a citrus sweet lemon myrtle, giving and orange sweetening freshness. It's thoroughly enjoyable neat, with tonic and, of course, as a mixer.
