Tasmanian Dry Gin, A classic London Dry style with a Tassie twist has 11 botanicals that hero the native pepperberries and herbs found on the way to Cradle Mountain. Wildly fragrant with alpine freshness, juniper, coriander and Tasmanian highland pepperberries with a hint of liquorice root.

Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

Tasmanian Modern Gin, 15 botanicals showcase oranges and wild Tasmanian herbs and flowers picked from local gardens and fields. Sage, cardamon, wild fennel, and sweeping meadow florals driven by lavender, bay and rosemary with echoes of juniper.

Tradition coupled with contemporary flair, Vickers Pink Gin carries aromas of ripe strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants, finishing with a familiar hint of juniper. Tasting of berries, with undertones of traditional Gin, the blend delivers a unique flavour and smooth finish. Best enjoyed as one-part Gin, three-parts tonic. Introducing Cedar Fox Distilling Co, a newcomer to the Australian independent spirits space with the release of its gin. A savoury dry gin with peppery fragrant earthy aromas, it incorporates urban botanicals such as Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, Lebanese Cucumber, Sichuan Peppercorn, Lemon Verbena and Rosemary. True to its name our mouth-watering Zesty Limoncello combines a traditional family recipe passed down through generations from the Amalfi coast with some of our favourite foraged Australian botanicals to leave your mouth perfumed with a zesty sherbet finish. Only using carefully selected thick perfumed lemons grown at an orchard on the central coast, north of Sydney, we hand peel them, being most particular to avoid the bitter pith. Infusion of the peel into the smooth grain spirit cannot be rushed. After a month the citrus oils combine with the native botanical distillates of Lemon Aspen and Lemon Myrtle to give birth to a flavour-blend of bitter-sweet grapefruit and lime with a hint of honey and eucalyptus.

Notes of rich natural vanilla, brown sugar, dried fruit, warming spices with hints of oak, come together to create a perfectly balanced spirit with a smooth finish. Best served in a tankard over ice, with cola and a slice of lime.
