Bundaberg Rum Select VAT
Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.
23rd Street Distillery Signature Gin
23rd Street's distiller individually infuses ten botanicals including traditional juniper and coriander, complemented by zesty local citrus. Astute blending is key, creating a layered palate and full-bodied mouthfeel.
Vodka
Veuve Capet is the first Vodka exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes (hand-harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs, in French Champagne vineyards). After a fivefold distillation and charcoal filtration, this vodka was assembled with perfectly pure water. Veuve Capet has a unique character, combining roundness and fruitness. Tasting notes : Eye : Perfectly crystal clear. Nose : Rich and elegant bouquet. Fresh, dominated by citrus notes, including grapefruit zest, then evolving to exotic notes of mango and guava. Mouth : Very rich and supple in the mouth. Complex aromas with citrus, the finish is particularly long, dominated by Williams pear notes.
Tamborine Mountain Distillery Wattle Toffee Liqueur
A genuine Australian bush flavour, wattle seeds exemplify expressions of grain, nut, coffee and occasionally chocolate when roasted. This Wattle Toffee Liqueur exudes a particularly rich nuttiness that marries perfectly with any dark spirit, especially rum, allowing both Liqueur and dark spirit to shine together.This Wattle Toffee Liqueur is a versatile ingredient for mixologists and cooks. A nip or two can also be added to hot coffee as a digestif, poured over ice cream or used in a variety of sweets and cakes.
Tamborine Mountain Distillery Lilly Pilly Gin
Crystal clear with a pale pink blush. Sweet and perfumed - sort of in the Old Tom style. Pleasing scents of candied citrus peel combine with hints of anise, ginger, coriander, juniper and pine sap. A creamy entry leads into a semi-sweet mid palate featuring citrus peel, hints of juniper and pepper. Concludes drier with a juniper and pepper aftertaste followed by a brisk grapefruit like fade. It can be served as an aperitif served with Tonic water or added to specific cocktails.

Golden rich amber colour. Delicate aromas and flavours reminiscent of caramelised nut, vanilla custard, coconut, and warm honey with a silky, bright, moderately sweet medium body and a warming, complex, medium-long finish with woody notes of brown spices. A delicious whiskey Liqueur with slight bourbon character.It can be enjoyed straight or mixed in many cocktails like Manhattan, Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini or just added to your coffee and ice cream.

Sweet caramel taste that is perfectly paired with fine sea salt for a smooth and delicious Liqueur. Best served neat, over ice, or with cream, ice cream or milk.
Tamborine Mountain Distillery Australian Herbal Liqueur
Attractive green colour. Bold complex aromas and flavours of forest herbs, apple mint jelly, eucalyptus honey, and pepper with a satiny, racy, moderately sweet medium-full body and a warming, subtle, long finish with notes of menthol, minerals, and pepper. An intense roller coaster of herbal forest flavours with a nice cooling and throat clearing effect. It is a type of Liqueur that is flavoured with herbs and spices and traditionally drunk neat as a digestif but it can also be a great addition to cocktails.
Brookie's Byron Slow Gin
Experience a burst of rainforest fruit flavours with Brookie's Slow Gin. Crafted from the traditional method of English "Sloe" gin with plums soaked in Byron Dry Gin, it gives intense flavours of rose, watermelon and bright plum. Serve over ice and pair with cheeses.
