You'll become captivated by the hints of caramel and molasses. The final product has hits of black pepper spice and Demerara sugar on the nose, followed by heavy oak tones. The palate is fresh with dry timber notes. The finish is dry and herbaceous. Enjoy this rum mixed with a cold Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
