When crafting Bundaberg Select Vat, BDCs master craftsmen search their 2 year old rum reserves and hand select those that exhibit extra special qualities. These premium rums are then aged for a total of 6 years in oak vats until they reach their peak. First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

Smooth and medium bodied, Captain Morgan Original Spiced is a spirit based drink containing a secret blend of Caribbean rums, mellow spice and other natural flavours such as vanilla, cardamom and cinnamon. It gets its distinct richness and amber colour from aging the rum in charred white oak barrels. Captain Morgan Original Spiced is the perfect mix with Cola. Our Koala Gin was inspired by walks through the Australian bush. The fresh, crisp scent of eucalyptus evokes memories of exploring and marvelling amongst nature.
