Redbreast 12 Year Old Irish Whiskey is the quintessential example of premium Irish Whiskey, and considered to be the purest form of the art. With a history dating back to 1903 when John Jameson & Company entered into an agreement with Gilbeys Wines & Spirits Import Company to supply new make whiskey which was then 'bonded' in old sherry and port casks. Single Pot Still whiskey is unique to Ireland and this exciting example is crafted from both malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in a traditional copper still. The result is a whiskey of unrivalled richness, complexity and smoothness. Hints of creaminess on the finish round out an true Irish Whiskey of pedigree.

The Renaissance Series fifth bottling follows the first four award-winning releases all of which have been honoured as some of the best Irish Single Malt whiskeys of recent years. The Renaissance Series has been a key part of Teeling Whiskeys range of award-winning Irish whiskeys, which have collected over 350 international awards over the last nine years, including the title of Worlds Best Single Malt at the 2019 World Whiskies Awards and four Worlds Best Irish Whiskey honours at the 2021 World Whiskies Awards. The fifth bottling of The Renaissance Series consists of 18-Year-Old Single Malt that was aged initially in ex-Bourbon barrels for over 12 years before being finished in high quality, ex-Calvados casks for over 6 years. This dual maturation and, in particular long finishing time in the Calvados casks, imparts a beautiful depth of cinnamon and caramelised apple character, with dried cherries and woody tannin notes. Limited to just 9,000 bottles, the resulting Single Malt is then bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, a signature of all Teeling Whiskeys.

The Teeling Whiskey Wonders of Wood (WOW) Single Pot Still is a new limited edition series of unique bottlings of Dublin distilled Single Pot Still given maturation in unique wood barrels. The first edition of our WOW bottlings, which was honoured as the Worlds Best, consists of Single Pot Still crafted from a recipe of 50% malted barley and 50% un-malted barley, which has been triple distilled in the Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin and then fully matured in virgin Chinkapin American White Oak barrels. The First Edition of this new WOW series is limited to 9,000 bottles globally.

The Glen Moray 18 year old is a beautiful addition to the Glen Moray Heritage range. Only the very finest American oak barrels have been selected to emphasise the incredibly smooth character and taste of Glen Moray 18 year Single Malt. An intense whisky with a perfect structure, the soft flavours of sweet vanilla balanced with oak from the casks.

The Robin Redbreast is the only bird which sings continuously throughout the dark Irish winters and is one of the very few small birds that choose to winter in Ireland. It is this enduring spirits which inspires its namesake, Redbreast Whiskey. When the world demanded lighter, more accessible whiskey styles, Redbreast stood steadfast in its belief of the tradition and significance of single pot still Irish whiskey. For the past century, Redbreast has been the standard bearer for this quintessentially Irish style of whiskey. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills, Redbreast Lustau Edition displays the characteristic full and complex flavour of pot still whiskey. Having spent its final period of maturation in casks seasoned with the finest Oloroso Sherry in the Bodegas Lustau, the result is a distinctive twist on the signature sherry character. This whisky has a rich infusion of dark fruits, prunes, dates and figs with liquorice, marzipan, toasted oak and Redbreast spices across the nose. The palate is a creamy pot still with Redbreast spices balanced with richness of sherry finish and contribution of fresh Spanish oak. The finish is endless. Sweetness and pot still spices endure while Oloroso Sherry and Spanish oak have the last word.

“This Single Malt Whisky Shiraz Cask is from January 2017. it has been aged in 2 x 225 litre, uncharred shiraz casks. Consists of Cask Number 77, 78 & 79. Decanted in April 2021 at 50% Alc it is a numbered release. With an initial limited release of 800 bottles. Colour: Our Shiraz is deep crimson red to rich brown and caramel, aged in uncharred Shiraz Casks from a locally sourced Riverina Winery for just over 4 years, it contains natural colouring and flavouring from the casks with a rich fulfilling palate finish. Nose: When you raise your nose into a glass of our Single Malt Whisky Shiraz Cask, that highlights the famous bold spirit style against the signature red fruit aromas, savoury back drop of sweet fruit, made up from plum jam, red grapes, orange marmalade and more berries, shrouded by earthy tones and a small amount of spice, perfectly compliment the cleanliness of the double distilled spirit. Allowing the spirit to sit and breathe, before you indulge into your first sip. Palate: In order to maximise your palate, hold the first sip in your mouth, then you will really appreciate on the next sip, look out for sweet, bitter, acidic, and spicy shiraz tones. Matured in American Oak casks previously used to age fine bourbon whisky. A light engaging whisky with fragrant aromas, it was double distilled and is non-chill filtered to retain depth of character. It has been aged in 3 x 225 litre, charred casks from Heavens Hill Distillery in Kentucky. Decanted in February 2022 at 50% Alc it is a numbered release. With an initial limited release of 500 bottles. Colour: deep golden charred casks from Heavens Hill Distillery in Kentucky, Aged for 4 years & 3 months. It contains natural colouring and flavouring from the casks with a rich fulfilling flavoursome palate finish. Nose: When you raise your nose into a glass of our Single Malt Whisky, that highlights the famous bold spirit style against the signature bright fragrant aromas with hints of vanilla, honey, and pears. Perfectly compliment the cleanliness of the double distilled spirit. Allowing the spirit to sit and breathe before you indulge into your first sip.
