Karavan is based on the original Vodka recipe favoured by the Russian Imperial Court. It is triple distilled from pure grain and blended with spring water from deep sandstone wells in the Vosges Mountains.

Each Bottle is hand sprayed black and the label hand written and signed by Ryan Hartshorn (Head distiller) The spirit is made by fermenting the lactose sugar within the whey which is the waste from our sheep cheesery which is on the same farm where we milk our animals. Very Small 80-100 bottle batches. The spirit is unfiltered which is rare for a vodka. This means you will get a lot of character remaining from the whey which is a sweet nose and creamy mouth feel.
