There’s no rush when it comes to el Jimador Añejo. It means ‘aged’ in Spanish and we’re proud to call it the best expression of el Jimador we’ve ever made. We double distill the finest blue Weber agave and then mature it in American oak barrels for 12 months to craft this award-winning tequila. It’s rich, full-bodied and packed with deep spice flavours like cinnamon. Pour it slow and savour every sip.

To be drunk as a sessionable drink that can accompany you throughout the entire evening, Sesión Reposado provides a smoothness in mouth-feel and flavour, with no hint of burn. Containing aromas of butterscotch, green banana and gingerbread with touches of cooked agave, the vanilla and baked orchard fruits deliver a long warm spiced finish in the mouth.

Golden straw in colour, Excellia Reposado reveals a complex nose mixing honey, toasted wood, mushroom, dried lavender, jasmine and violet notes. Nine months of ageing in grand cru sauternes wine casks and cognac barrels provide a round and extensive mouthfeel with rich honey, cigar-box, and caramelized-agave/pumpkin notes. This is all mixed with subtle rancio and orchard fruits. The finish is long and satisfying with spicy and earthy notes.
