Greenock is a long standing subregion in the Barossa Valley known for rich, silken, dark-fruited wines. Able to fully utilise the deeply concentrated flavours produced by the Greenock fruit, the skilled team has bottle a full-bodied Barossa Shiraz that is overflowing with fruit, balanced tannins and seamless oak. Sourced from vineyards surrounding Canberra, the Clonakilla O'Riada Shiraz has been lovingly embraced as little brother to the iconic Shiraz Viognier. Also co-fermented with a touch of Viognier, the O'Riada shows a more fruit forward presence, yet still with that unmistakable Tim Kirk elegance and purity that is a theme throughout all of his wines.

Spinifex Bete Noir Shiraz has a potent herb infused fruit on attack. Spiced red plum, cherry and sage flavours with a saline edge are carried on mid-weight frame of strong black tea-like tannin. Barossa Shiraz with even temper - displays fleshy, dark and generous fruit measured by ripe acids and drying tannin.

Carpano Antica Formula, first created in 1786, is an authentic Italian vermouth recipe and one of the first vermouth ever made. It is made from white wine, Piedmont's muscatel and the rich wines from southern Italy. It is produced in limited quantities with expert craftsmanship. Traditionally served straight and well chilled as an aperitif or used to transform a common Manhattan cocktail or as a key ingredient in the Negroni cocktail.

Oscar.697 Rosso has a strong notes of Absinthe, Rhubarb and Licorice. It is 16% ABV with the same relatively low sugar percentage as the Bianco. Its rich colour is obtained naturally using burnt sugar, without added dyes or synthetic caramel.

Ruby Red in colour. This wine offers intense aromas of wild cherries, redcurrant and hints of toasting. A rich and full bodied wine, with sweet and round tannins on the palate. Excellent with savory first course dishes or meat, such as roast lamb, barbequed meats and seasoned cheese. Serving Temperature 18 - 20 degrees.
