A rich red vermouth aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels, with notes of warm fig and dried cherries, and faint hints of spiced gingerbread and bitter orange peel.

San Marzano is probably the most awarded winery in Puliga and Edda is the “flagship” white wine. Edda is one of the most highly awarded White wines in Italy. It is a blend of Chardonnay with 15% Moscatello Selvatico and 5% Fiano fermented for four months on French Oak. This produces a truly beautiful rendition of a Chardonnay blend, rich and floral with none of the terrible harshness of the old style Chardonnays. It is generous in its elegance, fresh, delicate and mineral.

The Ciabot Berton Langhe Nebbiolo DOC 3 Utin 2023 is a stunning expression of the classic Nebbiolo grape from Italy. Produced by the renowned Ciabot Berton winery, this vintage showcases the best of their terroir and winemaking techniques. On the nose, aromas of ripe red cherries, dried herbs, and subtle hints of leather and tobacco entice the senses. The wine is a beautiful ruby red in colour, with a medium body and elegant tannins. On the palate, there are flavours of juicy red fruits, earthy notes, and a touch of spice, all beautifully balanced by a refreshing acidity. The finish is long and lingering, leaving a lingering impression of finesse and complexity. This is a stylish shiraz by Mount Horrocks, classic in character with mouth-filling red and black fruits, rich and juicy. The palate is beautifully elegant, balanced with long fine tannins, spicy fruit and oak.

A complex maritime climate Shiraz with aromas of liquorice, blood plum, some warm cooking spice and a touch of oak are followed by a well balanced, supple palate with fine lingering tannins.

Bowen Estate Shiraz shared similar firm structure as it's sibling, the Cabernet Sauvignon. It's lifted aromas of ripe black fruits, warming spices and hint of earthy background makes it a welcoming drink with hearty food.

Teusner Albert Shiraz is made from old vines in the northern Barossa; rich black fruits and tarry cassis with smoky undertones, the finish is long and luscious. Could easily be cellared for the medium term.
