Hussong’s Reposado Tequila is made from 100% blue weber agave, harvested at a minimum age of 5 years, from both the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. A unique cooking method combining the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. The Tequila is then aged for five months in used bourbon barrels to give it a complex flavour and delicate aroma. Aromas of vanilla custard, citrus and almonds lead to a hint of liquorice, fruity agave and toasted banana bread, the perfect mix of citrus and toasted oak.

Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe.
