Cello Limoncello
Cello Limoncello is made with 100% local lemons infused with lemon zest and the purest of sugarcane distilled alcohol. Mouth watering of freshly cut lemon aromas on the nose accompany by lively acidity and a hint of the zest's bitterness on the palate. This is a beautifully made product, which makes a perfect cocktail companion.
Saint James Royal Ambre Rhum Agricole
The youngest of the distillerys barrel-aged agricole rums. It represents the ideal marriage between the fresh exuberance of rhum blanc and the elegance of older rums. The rum is aged in 200-liter, Limousin oak barrels for a minimum of 18-months. Copper/amber hue with brilliant with brilliant orange highlights. It has a silky texture and a light to medium body. Initially, the grassy aroma of sugarcane dominates, gradually followed with notes of floral and spice.
