Comte de Lamaestre Vieil Armagnac

Armagnac from the Bas region is considered to have the most finesse, also tending to yield spirits that are very supple in their youth. Plantings are mostly Bacco and Ugni Blanc. The Northwestern portion of the Bas-Armagnac (known casually as the Grand Bas Armagnac) has a concentration of quality producers, especially in the department of Les Landes. Comte de Lamaestre Vieil Armagnac 1967 is made from Ugni blanc and colombard and is deep amber in colour. Aromas of cedar oak, zesty citrus and flint. The palate is full bodiedyet soft and supple light aged leather with surprising length, echoing back minutes after the final sip.

Castarede Armagnac VS 2-3 Years

A well balanced blend in which the youngest spirit has been aged for a minimum of 2-3 years in our own oak casks. This Armagnac comes from our estate situated in the heart of the Bas Armagnac. The grape varieties are Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche.

Castarede Napoleon Armagnac 15 Years Old

Founded in 1832, the house is the oldest business still operating in the Armagnac. Under the guidance of the Castarede family, six generations on, Armagnac Castarede makes available vintage and non-vintage Armagnacs distilled primarily between 1900-2000 from throughout the Bas Armagnac.

Darroze Bellair Grand Bas Armagnac

Gold color, intense. Brown reflections. The nose is marked by the long aging: cigar box, leather, liquorice, nutmeg, toast, gingerbread, toffee. However, the nose stays fresh and light. We find these balsamic aromas, licorice, chocolate on the palate with a more spicy finish: white pepper, candied ginger. Nice length in the mouth.

Darroze La Poste Armagnac

Amber color, intense. Nose of Armagnac of great terroir, with aromas of chocolate, coffee, leather, honey, licorice. Extraordinary complexity, intensity and finesse. In the mouth, the tannins are present, dense. We feel again these flavors of roasting, leather and rancio. Beautiful length.

Delord Freres Armagnac BA XO Premium 25-45 Years

Aspect : Bas-Armagnac with copper and silver highlights Nose : Rich and strong, we can find delicious notes of orange flower, dried apricots, candied citrus and soft spice (star anise and cinnamon). Then, lovely notes of cocoa, caramel and hazelnut follow and notes of acacia honey and liquorice come in at the end.
