Rounded and smoky - like burning Applewood - with creamy toffee, aniseed, treacle and dates. A curious suggestion of juicy fruits, such as peach and banana. KOVAL Four Grain is distilled from a mash bill of oat, malted barley, rye, and wheat. This whiskey is aged in heavily charred new oak barrels from Minnesota and bottled from single barrels at 94 proof. Only the heart of the distillate is used. Grains sourced from a local organic farmer collective in the Midwest.
