Kaiju Krush Tropical Ale has a super-clean malt profile that allows the shipload of juicy tropical fruit flavours to arrive on the desert island of your palate unhindered.

This wine is bright straw in colour. Aromas of peach, papaya and apricot jump from the glass with subtle notes of oak in the wake. The palate is full bodied and fruity with great texture and a delightful creaminess as a result of four months on yeast lees. Served perfectly with creamy fish pie with a side of green beans. Ripe brown pears, a hint of sweet cinnamon spice (almost bourbon barrel sweet), sweetened cream with light tropical fruit. Palate brings more pears, followed by bittersweet citrus amalgam before falling away to spice. Some viscosity and breadth without being fat, but never goes too far into any camp. Enough of a Gris to make Grigio drinkers pause, but doesnt quite carry the power when you need a Gris punch. Serve with grilled pink ling.
