Strelley Farm Estate is located in the heart of Tasmania's Coal River Valley wine region and is connected to the town of Richmond by the oldest bridge in Australia, the Richmond Bridge. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot, Meunier and Gewurztraminer, this naturally sparkling Rose is bursting with tropical notes of papaya and honeydew melon, with flavours of pomegranate, white cherry and tangerine.

Time and time again when the mood is calling for a rosé and our desire leans towards the south of France, this is the wine we are reaching for, it's a staple in the MoFo fridge and there is no better way to pretend that we are living it up in the Mediterranean then by popping this into the ice bucket, turning the phone on 'Do Not Disturb' and relaxing by the pool. Don't blame us when the bottle disappears quickly, just blame yourself for not stocking up enough.

This Rose Is A Reflection Of The Pink-Hued Rose Dream World. Perfectly Crisp, Dry, Laid Back And Destined For A Good Time. Enjoy Chilled With The Ones You Love The Most. Winemaking - Machine harvested to the press to remove the juice from the skins and limit the potential for too much colour pick-up. The juice was cold settled for clarity with only minor levels of juice fining. Fermentation went through to dryness. At the completion of fermentation, the wine was filtered and bottled to retain all of its aromatic freshness. Tasting Notes - Turkish Delight, strawberry and a hint of tomato leaf. Bright and crisp, savoury and textured. Winemaker - Chris Madrez Fruit Source - Mayfield Vineyard (100 percent Cabernet). A fairly steep aspect with a north facing slope at the western end of the vineyard with the altitude at 900m. Alc per Vol: 13.5 percent

Alexandria Cuvée rosé is made from Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has pale salmon colour exhibiting gentle aromas of rose, pear, peach and raspberry. This bone-dry rosé has grapefruit and light cherry flavours with hints of orange and crisp acidity making the wine vivid and refreshing.

Will Gilbert’s Rosé is a blend of varietals, Sangiovese, Shiraz and Zinfandel. The wine is super light in colour, nice and dry whilst it still has loads of flavour!! Pink grapefruit citrus characters on the nose, with a palate packed full of pepperberry spice.

Elegant aromatics of rose petal, Turkish delight and orange blossom. On the palate theres a soft effervescence and flavours of wild strawberries and confectionary fruit. A crisp finish offers pure refreshment. Naturally lighter in alcohol only 5.1%, conveniently 1.3 standard drinks per bottle!

The cider is a blend of 18 different cider apple varieties which fall into acidic, sweet, bitter, sweet-bitter and complete apple categories. LAuthentique ciders are made only using cider apples which are exclusive to Northern France including: Arvolles, Judaine Judeline Judor and Baya Marisa which has a red flesh which provides the limpid, pink colour to this rosé cider.LAuthentique Rosé is a dry French cider with the natural aroma of ripe apples. Delicious notes of bittersweet apples upfront are followed by a balanced medium sweetness from the natural sugars of the apples and an exquisitely dry finish.
