On the nose, this wine exhibits beautiful, bright red fruits, including red currents, fresh strawberry and pink grapefruit. Many of these fruits continue through to the palate, creating a fresh and juicy wine packed with summer berries and a clean, moreish finish.

This wine displays a delicate pale pink hue with aromas of red fruits, violets and a hint of spice that leads to a refreshing palate and a dry finish. This wine is a great expression of the modern international style in Rosé. Palest of salmon pink, this delicate and expressive Rosé exhibits pure aromas of wild strawberry and white florals. The palate displays ripe fruit and is finished bone dry.

We could tell you the winemaker behind this wine, and you’d be fighting to be the first in line to get your hands on it. But instead, we’ll have to rely on the fact that regardless, this is an immense bargain. We’re talking some premo Adelaide Hills fruit here, not something that comes along cheap. And then add the finess that it sees in the winery, it’s almost mind boggling what you’ll pick this wine up for. Subtle tinges of white strawberry, white peach and nectarine make this a more-ish drop. The tangy acidity always keeping things fresh, fun, and playful. The bouquet is of savoury dried herbs formed around a core of red cherry fruit with a hint of honey, quite lifted with some earthy notes which move in and out of the bouquet. The palate is perfectly balanced, it speaks of red cherry and anise - ripe and textural with just a hint of tannin, leaving you with a satisfying sensation of refreshing summer fruit infused with spices and herbs.
