Ruby red in colour with lifted aromas of eucalypt and blackberries. The medium to full-bodied palate exudes a lovely early note of caramel balanced with delicious blackberry undertones bound together by fine, velvety tannins. Perfect with Lamb Roast, shanks, ragu or chops. No preservatives to this wine to produce a young, fresh and vibrant red to be consumed in its youth.

Light salmon pink with an attractive crimson hue. Rose petal, Turkish Delight and sea spray combine beautifully with a light sourdough yeast influence. Red berry and cream characters dominate the initial flavour rush and these are complemented by the secondary aged influences of stone fruits and lychee. The palate exhibits a soft and luscious fruitiness with an intriguing balance of dosage acidity and fine tannin. The flavours show great persistence and a beautifully fresh vibrancy.

Another cracker from the guys at Remarkable State Wines. Fruit was selected from both cool and warm climates to provide both a full fruit palate as well as zesty freshness. There's a fine bead, refreshing citrus characters and a crisp fruit driven finish. The family Grenache block on Thiele Road in Bethany are one of the old vines planted in the 40's and still producing fantastic fruit today. Schwarz has dark inky purple colour with a great aromas of sour cherry, ripe dark fruits and a hint of fresh raspberry on the nose. Although not fruit driven, the red fruits characters are lifted with some earthy oak undertone on the palate. Hint of fresh spices with some subtle tannin towards a rather long finish. A bold wine with a difference.

The nose lifts effortlessly from the glass filling the senses with vibrant and intense aromas of passionfruit, elderflower, citrus, white peach and just a hit of fresh nettle. PALATE: The palate is super refreshing, crisp and clean, with a trace of florals accompanying passion fruit, citrus and exotic tropical fruits leadig to a dry lingering finish. Crisp and dry, this wine is an idealpartner to seafood and less spicy Asian dishes. Try with freshly shucked oysters.
