Our 2021 Pinot Noir Single Vineyard is crafted solely from grapes grown at our cool-climate vineyard in Canyonleigh, NSW. Tasting Notes Brilliantly clear crimson hue. A subtle bouquet from a marriage of red fruits. A delicate, savoury Pinot Noir. Spice, dark cherry and satsuma plum followed by superfine tannins. Delivering a long, pleasing finish.

Aromas of toasty brioche and delicate citrus subtly emerge from the fine beads. Full and crisp flavours of apples with lengthy creamy structure. Fine and subtle.

This sparkling wine is a pale straw/gold colour with a fine and persistent bead. Bready and biscuity autolysis notes from lees ageing are balanced by crisp apples and citrus lift. A by House of Arras Premium Cuvee has a complex and inviting aroma with nuances of forest floor, nougat, exotic spice and lanolin. The palate has opulent flavours reminiscent of lychee, butter sauteed mushroom, natural yoghurt and fresh oyster.

Complex and velvety with hints of ripe yellow apple, yellow plum, whiteflowers – predominantly white rose, slightly spicy and balsamic. The low sulphur enhances a deeper and more clear-cut sense of the aromas. Intense and noble, it recalls the complexity of the aroma and hints of fruit.

This Rosé is crafted from hand-picked grapes that are gently whole bunch pressed before cool fermentation.This pretty pink wine showcases the fresh house style of Jansz Tasmania, whilst showcasing the beguiling aromatics inherent to Tasmanian sparkling Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir is the hero variety with delicious flavours of strawberries and cream, rose petals and musk being predominant. The palate is creamy and textured, whilst retaining an elegant vibrancy and freshness.
