This new Australian premium rum, has been commissioned by the rum artisans from Queensland's iconic Breakfast Creek Hotel namesake bar. Substation No. 41 Rum Bar is home to one of the biggest rum collections in the world, housing over 500 different rums. The collective expertise of the rum artisans from this bar has been bottled to deliver a top shelf Rum.

Black Barrel is a unique small-batch, hand-crafted rum created to commemorate the 310th year anniversary of Mount Gay. Like all their rums, double-pot and single column distillates are aged separately in whiskey barrels until they reach maturity. The Master Blender then mixes a higher proportion of double distillates to create this special blend. Aged again in deeply charred bourbon barrels (hence the name), adding a rich complexity and a warm, smooth finish.

When crafting Bundaberg Select Vat, BDCs master craftsmen search their 2 year old rum reserves and hand select those that exhibit extra special qualities. These premium rums are then aged for a total of 6 years in oak vats until they reach their peak. This extra time ageing adds richness and balance to the classic Bundaberg character, like all special Bundaberg Rums is perfect to be enjoyed neat or with your favourite mixer.

Havana Club Añejo Especial is a blend of Rums aged up to five years and it is this ageing that creates the golden colour and warm aromas. Its character combines the lightness of White Rums and the robust aroma of Dark Rums.

Capricorn Spiced is a finely crafted, small batch distillation of Central Queensland molasses. Weve left to age in European and American Oak barrels it matures quickly in the tropical heat to produce a dark and hearty spirit. Mixed with a traditional bill of spices that has an Australian twist to it, it drinks superbly straight up, with Ginger Beer and Lime, or in a cocktail. Capricorn Spiced has no added chemicals and is made from all natural ingredients.

Beach House offers the pleasure of a laid-back, top-quality rum subtly infused with a tropical, floral, spicy bouquet. A beautiful straw colour with golden tints. Subtle to begin with, dominated by blood oranges and honey, before an onslaught of intense gingerbread, lime and crystalized ginger aromas. The El Dorado 12 Year Old has been awarded a gold medal at the International Wine and Spirit awards for 8 years running. A blend of specially selected aged rums, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection. Lush tropical fruit and spices dominate the nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. It has a round, mellow, full bodied palate with powerful fruit, tobacco, and orange; leather and toasty oak flavours.

The worlds first full-strength Banana infused rum. Made with real Australian grown bananas and no artificial flavours. Cargo Cult Banana Spiced Rum is crafted in small numbered batches from hand selected rums from the South Pacific and spiced and infused in Australia with real banana and spices. Aromas of candied banana and cinnamon, with a taste of fresh banana and baking spices, finishing with a lingering taste of ripe banana.
