South Australia's first vineyards were established in the 1830's. Enjoying a wide range of climates including the cool temperatures of the Adelaide Hills, to the hot summer weather of the Barossa Valley, South Australia is arguably Australia's most diverse wine producing state. It is from these wonderfully diverse regions that winemaker Marty O'Flaherty selects the best varietals to produce Mojo wines. Marty's resounding philosophy is "wine should tell a story about the terroir in which it's grown, needing lots of love but minimal handling by allowing the growers to do what they do best." Mojo In Full Colour Moscato is fresh and flavoursome with vibrant honeysuckle, peach and freshly picked strawberries on the nose and palate. The hints of sweetness are perfectly balanced by soft, refreshing acid and a gentle spritz. The sweetness of the luscious fruits balanced with the refreshing acidity makes this easy drinking Moscato the perfect match for fruit based desserts in many shapes and forms.

The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed releasing the delicate flavours. The wine is bursting with tropical fruit, passionfruit, pineapple and fresh citrus and melon aromas and flavours. The palate is complex yet delicate with good weight and length. The wine has residual sweetness and a refreshing crisp acid finish which is well suited to most seafood and chicken dishes.

Tasting Notes Aromas of citrus, pear and white peach lead to enticing stone fruit and fig flavours on the palate. Crisp acidity, complex layering with a hint of nougat and vanilla culminate in a long seamless finish. Winemaking Hand-picked from select rows in our high altitude Eden Valley vineyard. The grapes are whole bunch basket-pressed, before the juice is run to barrel for fermentation. Wild and inoculated fermentation is encouraged. Regular lees stirring and 8 month’s maturation in new and seasoned French oak barriques gives the wine beautiful texture and complexity. 2018 Blue Rock Wines, Eden Valley, Riesling This Riesling displays an intense citrus flower and tropical fruit bouquet. The flavours of ripe limes, lemon zest and a hint of green apple are apparent on the palate. The palate is soft and clean with a crisp acid finish and distinct minerality characteristic of Eden Valley Rieslings.
