This Cabernet Merlot shows dark berry fruit aromas that flow onto the palate along with plum fruit flavours and soft lingering tannins.

Lush vibrant and intense purple hues with gentle aroma of blackberry with vanillin oak. The palate is full bodied showcasing the cassis fruits and fine lingering tannins.
Shiraz Cabernet
CELLARING: Made to be enjoyed young, will cellar well for 2-3 years at a minimum. COLOUR: Dark ruby red with purple hues. NOSE: Aromas of black cherry, clove spice with hints of red currants and chocolate. PALATE: Delicious palate of blackberries, dark cherries and chocolate, all married together with savoury oak and spice. FOOD: Enjoy with Harvey River Beef Cheek and roasted beetroots.
